BMT Investments is a family-owned rental property business in Omaha, Nebraska, that strives to give you a great apartment in the Midtown/Downtown area of Omaha. Owned by Bruce Thompsen, who grew up in the area and bought the business from his father in 2012, loves all the neighborhood has to offer and wants to give people the opportunity to rent a great apartment! Ethan McClain is the operations manager and has been working for BMT Investments since August of 2012. What started as a part-time job in college for Ethan turned into a full-time position; Ethan is committed to BMT Investment's mission of giving people a quality apartment in the Midtown area. Pictured with Ethan is his wife, Mariah.  

 

Close to Hanscom Park and both Creighton and UNO, as well as being close to the Interstate and minutes from the Old Market, our apartments are great for everyone.
